Q. What coffee machines are your pods compatible with?

Q. How many One Pod capsules do you recommend?
A. We recommend a minimum of 2 pods for a barista strength coffee. If you are making multiple coffees, we recommend buying a few extra pods as they are hot to handle when they come straight out of your coffee machine.
Q. Can I use coffee from the supermarket or my local cafe?
A. Absolutely, buy a fine to medium grind. If you are purchasing from your local cafe, ask for a fine to medium grind ''stove top grind''
Q. What coffee grind do you recommend?
A. We recommend fine to medium grind for best results ''stove top grind'' Stay clear of extra fine as this may cause the capsules to get blocked up.
Q. Are One Pod pods dishwasher safe?
A. Yes, you can wash them in your dishwasher. Just remove the rubber o-ring. Hint: put them in your cutlery basket
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Shipping within Australia generally takes 7 - 14 days
Q. Why is my coffee is coming out watery?
A. If your coffee is coming out watery, try using a finer grind or tamping firmer.
Q. Why is the coffee is just dripping out of my coffee machine?
A. Try using a slightly more course grind or tamping softer.
Q. My coffee is a bit weak
A. These pods have been designed to not let your machine pierce the steel capsule with its spikes, resulting in slightly less coffee. We recommend using two pods.
